PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf member enabling easy confirmation on the presence/absence or type of bottled or canned drinks placed on the shelf member and easy taking-out of the bottled or canned drinks, and also to provide a refrigerator having the shelf member. SOLUTION: This shelf member is constructed by a rectangular frame material 23 and a plurality of rod materials 24, 25 spaced in the longitudinal direction extending from the front side 23a of the frame material 23 to the rear side 23b. The respective rod materials 24, 25 have a gradient part 26 declining forward, and a bent part 27 bent upward from the front end of the gradient part 26 to reach the front side of the frame material 23.
