PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-can two-circuit type water heater capable of restraining the generation of steam from a circulating adapter of a bath even when water of a bath circuit becomes steam by the overheat of the bath circuit when solely using supply hot water. SOLUTION: This one-can two-circuit type water heater has a heat exchanger having a plurality of fins, having both a heat exchange pipe of a hot water supply circuit and a heat exchange pipe of a bath reheating circuit for penetrating through the fins, and fixing the fins by a box-shaped plate, a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe connected to the heat exchange pipe of the hot water supply circuit, and a bath going-returning pipe connected to the heat exchange pipe of the bath reheating circuit.
