PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability on the execution of works by obtaining sufficient strength and reducing the number of parts and fixed places, and to enhance an appearance by decreasing the exposure of a fixture. SOLUTION: Both-side end sections of a base 2 integrally molded longitudinally cylindrically by an extrusion molding are fixed onto a pair of arms 1 extended from the building side. The base 2 obtains sufficient strength by the extrusion molding and is installed without a division in the longitudinal direction, and the number of parts and the fixed places are reduced because the arms 1 are constituted in a pair. The base 2 is integrally molded cylindrically, and the exposure of the fixtures on the surface of the base is decreased. Since the arms 1 and the fixing sections by the fixtures fixing the base 2 are covered with frame bodies 3 with external covers 7 covering the external surfaces of the arms 1 and being fixed onto the arms 1 and internal covers 9 being mounted, covering the internal surfaces of the arms 1, the appearance is improved.
