PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size, light-weight, and low-price thin centrifugal flow fan. SOLUTION: A partition part 2n is vertically arranged between a rotary shaft of this thin centrifugal fan, a circular base part 2b, in which first and second moving blades 2 are arranged face to face on both sides of a stationary blade, for the moving blades, and an outer circumference area excepting a partial area (an area with a diameterϕ1) around the rotary shaft of a cover part 2a formed with an outside diameter equal to that of the circular base part 2b. In the partition part 2n, a plurality of parts 2m are fixed between the cover part 2a and the base part 2b and shaped into a circular arc substantially. Rigidity of the base part 2b is not even, and the rigidity of the partial area P around the rotation axis is smaller than that of its outer circumference area Q. When the moving blade 2 is turned, centrifugal force works on the moving blade 2, while a traction force in the radial direction works on the base part 2b and the cover part 2a, and consequently, the area P with small rigidity is pulled in the radial direction and turned as if it is a moving blade with high rigidity.
