PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light weight power generating device with generation control system of power capable of easily fixing the direction of the power generation. SOLUTION: The power generating device is provided with a power generating unit 1 which is equipped with a first annular loop 11 consisting of a myosin sub-fragment 2 (S2), a myosin sub-fragment 1 (S1) 12 fixing the light chain binding domain side to the first annular loop 11 and a second annular loop consisting of a F-actin filament concentrically held in the first annular loop by combining the actin bonding site in the water solution which contains adenosine triphosphate and is maintained at approximately physiological ionic strength.
