<p>A method for applying a shower head to a flat surface, e.g. a tiled surface, has a suction pad (14) connected to a coupling element (22) via a swivel joint. The coupling element has a H-profile with two parallel flanges to operate on the rear of the suction pad to push the pad into the suction grip position. The outer end of the coupling element has a shower head fitting. The method can be used to apply other fittings to a flat surface.</p> |
