PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make productivity higher and quality more constant by integrating a plurality of glass optical elements. SOLUTION: The optical parts consist of a plurality of lens sections 1 which are formed by press forming of a glass blank, cylindrical legs 2 which bend from the outer peripheral edges of the lens sections 1 formed in press forming and extend downward, flat plate sections 3 which bend outward from the cylindrical legs 2, extend horizontally and make connection to the other lens sections 1, and cover glass 4 of image sensor chips 5 which is fastened to the under surface of the flat plate sections 3 and/or image sensor chips 5 which are set below the lens sections 1.
