Printed information as a sign is in the form of non transparent alphabetic letters [8] against a transparent cover foil [7]. Between this foil and a carrier foil [4] is silver coating [5] and a phosphorescent layer [6] that enhances the visibility of the letters. The carrier is fixed to a mounting layer [3]. The silver layer is coupled to a control unit [12].
