摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for a microchemical system miniaturizable while improving measurement sensitivity and to provide a microchemical system using it. SOLUTION: This chip 1 for a microchemical system is formed of a plate-like glass substrate 10. The glass substrate 10 has a U-shaped passage 11 inside. The passage 11 comprises a longitudinal passage 11a and a pair of lateral passages 11b and 11c connected to the respective ends of the passage 11a. The glass substrate 10 has two cavities coaxially with the passage 11a on both sides of the passage 11a. Refraction index distribution type rod lenses 14 and 15 are respectively housed in the two cavities. An optical fiber 16 for propagating detection light emitted from a light source is connected to the rod lens 14.
