PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid anti-fogging composition with excellent anti- fogging effect on the surface of glass, a plastic, a polymer film or the like, and with excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The liquid anti-fogging composition comprises (a) a specific alkyl glycoside and/or a specific monoalkyl glyceryl ether having hydrocarbon group(s) with specific carbon atom number, (b) the specific alkyl glycoside having the hydrocarbon group with a specific carbon atom number and (c) water, with 0.01-60 mass% in the sum of (a) and (b), and a mass ratio of (a)/(b)=90/10 to 51/49.
