PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically switching device capable of winding a web in such a way that most parts of it from winding start to winding end can be used for products, and automatically switching winding shafts. SOLUTION: Before a winding device 12 provided with two winding shafts 13a and 13b, an accumulator device 3 to temporarily accumulate the web 1 traveling toward the winding device is disposed. In addition, close to the winding device, a paper splicing unit 22 to cut the web 1 wound around one winding shaft 13b, and wind it around the other winding shaft 13a is provided.
