<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently cooling a heated sheet on the transport path of a sheet refeeder. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling means is installed on at least one or more sheet guides in the sheet refeeder, and the cooling means is provided with an endothermic surface and a radiating surface, and also, provided with a heat transfer element between the endothermic surface and the radiating surface.
