<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device by which the image of a high quality is formed by suppressing the occurrence of paper wrinkles. <P>SOLUTION: In the heating device possessing a heating member, a pressure member and an entrance guide to guide a member to be heated to a nip part by forming the nip part between the heating member and the pressure member and to impart heat energy to the member to be heated by holding and feeding the member to be heated by the nip part between the heating member and the pressure member, the height of the entrance guide is changed because the member to be heated comes into contact with the guide. In this case, the entrance guide is installed so as to be rocked, so that the height is changed by rocking because the member to be heated comes into contact with the guide. Or, the entrance guide is installed through an elastic spring, and the elastic spring shrinks because the member to be heated comes into contact with the guide, so that the height is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
