<p>An oral diclofenac sodium pharmaceutical characterized in that diclofenac sodium, a nonionic surfactant, a cholic acid derivative as an absorption accelerator and a glycerol or glycol are contained, which is a rapid-acting oral pharmaceutical exhibiting excellent body absorption even at the time of nonstarvation. This pharmaceutical can directly be incorporated in hard capsules so as to make the same available as a hard capsule agent. The body absorption thereof in nonstarvation conditions is as highly excellent as those of suppositories.</p> |
