PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion of a small planetary reduction gear rotating at high speed by securing lubricant in a coupling part of a career pin and a planetary gear, thereby increasing longevity. SOLUTION: The planetary reduction gear 25 comprises a sun gear 1 rotated and driven by a motor 7, an annular ring gear 3 arranged surrounding a sun gear 1, a plurality of planetary gears 2 arranged so as to be interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the sun gear 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the ring gear 3, a carrier pin 5 freely rotatably coupled to a through hole 2a provided to the planetary gear 2, and a career 4 transmitting a revolving motion of the planetary gear 2 as a rotating motion through the medium of the carrier pin 5. A recess 18 is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 2a of the planetary gear 2 to be used as a collecting part of the lubricant 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
