PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentric double axial damper of monocoque structure with different braking torque. SOLUTION: There is uprightly provided a stationary tube 13 closer to a bottom 12c within a cylindrical case 12. A braking cylinder 17 extends from a flange 16 sealed with O-ring 22a on outer inserted rotor 15 fitted to an opening 12e of the cylindrical case 12, with an outer surface 17a opposite to an inner wall 12b of the case, and with an inner surface 17b opposite to stationary cylindrical outer surface 13b, and a grease 14 is charged in clearance in each of the opposite surface. An inner inserted rotor 20 is fitted into the outer inserted rotor 15. A braking axial part 20a is disposed opposite to the inner surface of an axial hole 13a on the stationary cylinder and the grease 14 is charged in the clearance. A stool seat is joined to a bearing boss 18 in the outer inserted rotor whereas a stool lid is joined to a connection 20c of the inner inserted rotor. When a mounting seat 19 is fixed to the stool, the braking cylinder 17 and the braking axial part 20a act distinct braking torque on the stool seat/lid in terms of difference in surface area abutting with the grease 14 and moment.
