PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-cylinder gas fuel engine in which unevenness of outputs among cylinders caused by pulsation of an intake pipe is eliminated, and output fluctuation of the engine is dealt with appropriately, and also to provide a control method therefor. SOLUTION: This gas fuel engine according to this invention has a plurality of cylinders Lc. A gas fuel injection means (gas fuel injection mechanism) 18 is provided in an intake system 3 of each cylinder Lc. The engine is provided with a control means 20 constituted so as to control time (fuel injection period) when fuel is injected from the gas fuel injection means 18 and injection pressure (fuel gas injection pressure, supply pressure: Pa).
