PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver slat assembling structure which effectively reduces rattle by preventing forward/backward tilting, longitudinal deviation, etc., of slats. SOLUTION: According to the louver slat assembling structure, each louver slat 4 has an angular cross section, and each longitudinal end of the louver slat 4 is partially cut away to form a projecting end 42. The projecting end 42 consists of a tip T and parts of respective inclined portions 43, 43 of the louver slat 4, and has an inverted V-shaped cross section. Then, the projecting end 42 is inserted into an insertion hole P, and the inserted projecting end 42 is subjected to press working, to thereby form a bump portion 42a. The bump portion 42a faces above the tip T and abuts on a rear surface of each longitudinal support 5c or 5d. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
