PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pseud-bondable recording paper that causes no toner blocking, when the paper is treated with a heat-roll type non-impact high-speed laser beam printer and shows good NIP fitness. SOLUTION: The recording paper is produced by forming a pseud-bondable, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of a base sheet having a density of≤0.7 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. When the recording paper is passed through between a pair of the rolls, a heatable non-elastic roll and an elastic roll at 180°C, at a pressure of 2 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>at a speed of 5 m/min., the change of the surface temperature of the passing recording paper is monitored with a non-contact type infrared surface thermometer. When the temperature change is approximated to the following formula (1): T=T<SB>a</SB>+(T<SB>0</SB>-T<SB>a</SB>)e<SP>-</SP>A<SP>t</SP>the constant A is≥1.20. (in which A is a constant; T is a surface temperature; T<SB>a</SB>is an atmospheric temperature (23°C); T<SB>0</SB>is the temperature immediately after passing the roll (°C); T is a elapsed time in second; and e is the base of NL).
