The circuit board (1) contains a depression (2) with an aperture (3) and bottom (4), on which are fitted conductor tracks, with at least a port with matched impedance. The transducer and elements are fitted completely in the depression and coupled to conductive tracks. The conductive tracks are led out of the depression into its surrounding edges of circuit board, where they are coupled to conductors (11) with matched impedance, protruding to a common surface, where they end in common contact face (12). The glass optical fibre (8) is brought out from depression through an opening in circuit boards.
