PRESS BONDING METHOD FOR ACSR ELECTRIC WIRE

PURPOSE: To form a press bonding structure of an ACSR electric wire and an anchoring clamp with a reduced length. CONSTITUTION: A specified length of the inner layer 2B of an ACSR electric wire at an end of the electric wire is removed with the electric wire's outer layer of aluminum conductor 2A left to expose the steel core 3 of the electric wire. A steel core clamp 4 is fit onto the exposed steel core 3 and is compressed. Then the steel core clamp 4 is covered with the outer layer 2A of aluminum conductor. An anchoring clamp body 6 is fit onto the outer layer, and is compressed. As a result the steel core clamp 4 is fit in the interior of the aluminum conductor 2A, which allows the length of the entire press bonding structure to be reduced.
