<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn upside down a printing plate in a restricted space without damaging the printing plate and to carry the printing plate. <P>SOLUTION: When carrying out the printing plates 12 stored in a cassette 38 in a layered overlapped state, the rear face is sucked by a sucking disk 82 to carry out the printing plate 12, so that an image forming layer is not damaged. A pinion 54 having a rotational speed different from a rotation movement body 58 and the same axis as the movement body 58 moves on a rack 52 provided on a movable part 50B of a guide rail 50, and the sucking disk 82 is rotated by 180°in a prescribed radius curvature by the movement body 58 and a bracket 64 to sequentially turn upside down the printing plates 12.
