PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pin hole from occurring on a resin film bag by a vibration or the like applied to the bag during conveyance to prevent liquid leakage from the bag. SOLUTION: The bag-in-box comprises a corrugated fiberboard box 2 and the resin film bag 3 received in the box 2. A cushioning medium 4 is placed between a top plate 2a of the box 2 and an upper surface 3a of the bag 3 in contact with the top plate 2a of the box 2 and the upper surface 3a of the bag 3.
