<p>The invention concerns a method for incorporating a basin (1) in a receiving plane (2), in particular a plane for sanitary fittings or a worktop of a bathroom or kitchen furniture item. Said method is characterized in that it involves neither welding nor bonding; the adherence between the receiving plane and the basin being produced by appropriately selecting the overall radial dimensions of the edge (5) of the basin (1) to be greater than those of the overhang (7) of the opening (6) of the receiving plane (2) and adapted such that at least one portion of the edge (5) of the basin (1) should be urged, during installation, into contact with the overhang (7) causing the basin (1) to be clipped-on into the receiving plane (2).</p> |
