Also disclosed is a shoe (5) for the sleep system which allows (I) pivoting in the base track (6) in a transverse direction; (ii) sideways pivoting in the longitudinal direction; (iii) able to be compressed due to downward or other torsional forces experienced by the resilient member (4) supported by the shoe (5).
