PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables an IC card to be used by recognizing the card bearer himself or herself when the bearer presses specific positions on the IC card that the bearer remembers, the states of sensors is detected to process and compares its information with previously registered data, and they match with each other. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with plural pressure sensors which are decentralized and provided in the periphery of the surface of the IC card 11, a memory 151 in an IC holding code data generated from the depression states of the respective sensors 20 pressed previously by the bearer of the card 11, i.e., the ON or OFF state of pressure sensors, and a terminal machine for card bearer identification prior to the use of the IC card 11. Then, the data generated by pressing plural specific positions on the IC card 11 that only the bearer remembers are compared with the contents of the memory 15 and when they match with each other, a flag which allows the card to be used is outputted, so that the card 11 becomes usable after the above processing. |
