PURPOSE: A vacuum joining device for a liquid crystal display device is provided to compensate the internal temperature of a vacuum chamber in the process of joining substrates, thereby preventing the reject of liquid crystal or sealant caused by the decrease of the temperature. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum joining device for a liquid crystal display device includes a vacuum chamber(110), a stage moving element, upper and lower stages(121,122), a vacuum unit(200) and a temperature compensating element. The temperature compensating element includes a coil heater(310) provided in a plurality of heat transmission spaces(320) defined in an inner or outer wall surface of the vacuum chamber for transmitting heat of a high temperature to the inside of the vacuum chamber. |
