A DEVICE FOR STORING AND APPLYING A VISCOUS SUBSTANCE

An apparatus for storing of a viscous substance and application of this substance onto the skin comprises a reservoir in which the substance is stored in a cylindric container (1) between a piston (3) and the bottom of the container, and an applicator which may be filled with an amount corresponding to one dose when the applicator is connected to the reservoir. The applicator has a cylindric bore (12) one end of which is coupled to an outlet pipe (5) from the reservoir and through the other end of which a piston rod (16) is connected to a piston (15) in the bore (12). From the reservoir part of the device the substance is pressed out through the outlet tube (5) into the applicator bore (12) so that the piston (15) of the applicator part is pressed back and the piston rod (16) is raised over the end of the applicator. The filled applicator part may be removed from the reservoir part and the substance in the applicator part may be pressed out by pressing the piston rod (16) home in the applicator part. An indicator (25) shows the time passed from the latest filling of the applicator.
