In addition, when 0.96<D<=1.2, 0.2<=alpha<=0.4 is established; when 1.2<D<=1.5. 0.25<=alpha<=0.43 is established; when 1.5<D<=1.7, 0.3<=alpha<=0.5 is established; and when 1.7<D, 0.35<=alpha<=0.6 is established.</p> |
