The invention refers to a cap with an anti-theft device designed for car wheels. The cap (6) is fastened by means of lugs (1) to a ring (2) that is fixed to a rim (3) by means of a clamp-screw system (4) and can rotate by means of paddles (5). The cap (6) is locked with a car key, that actuates a hub (7) that displaces a part (8) into a slot (9) of a casing (10), and the same key unlocks it, by releasing the spring (11).
