METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY INFORMING OF CAR DRIVING STATE

PURPOSE: A method for automatically informing of a car driving state is provided to automatically inform an originating terminal that a user of a mobile communication terminal is driving, thereby reducing a risk of traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: When a receiving terminal(300) is mounted on a hands-free kit, a signal for automatically informing of a driving state is transmitted to a receiving base station(301). If a signal for requesting to make a call with the receiving terminal(300) is transmitted from an originating terminal(320)(302), a receiving base station(310) transmits the signal for informing of the driving state to the originating terminal(320)(303). A user of the originating terminal(320) selectively inputs an automatic driving state-informing broadcasting to the originating terminal(320)(304). The originating terminal(320) transmits the inputted broadcasting to the receiving base station(310)(305). The receiving base station(310) transmits the inputted signal to the receiving terminal(300)(306). The receiving terminal(300) performs a function corresponding to the inputted signal(307).
