PURPOSE: A method for forming a friction resistant coating layer on the contact friction surface of machinery and equipment therefor are provided to secure more superior friction resistance and improved coating stability compared to a conventional method by using ore mixture having a novel composition. CONSTITUTION: In forming a friction resistant coating layer on the contact friction surface of machinery and equipment by introducing binder, the method for forming the friction resistant coating layer on the contact friction surface of the machinery and equipment comprises the process of introducing the pre-activated ore mixture binder between frictional surfaces after mechanically pre-activating an ore mixture binder containing 10 to 60 wt.% of Mg3Si2O5(OH)4, 10 to 60 wt.% of MgFe2O4, 1 to 20 wt.% of MoS2, 0 to 5 wt.% of H2O and 0.1 to 5 wt.% of fullerene soot, wherein the mechanical pre-activation is carried out by performing pressure vibration in the pressure range of 0.01 to 10 MPa at a temperature of 100 to 200 deg.C, and wherein the fullerene soot is a carbon mixture containing 3 to 45 wt.% of fullerene.
