PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine allowing ejection of all spare prize balls remaining in the pachinko game machine to the outside of the pachinko game machine via a ball removal passage. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is provided with a frame member, a game panel attached to the frame member, and a rear set panel attached to a rear face side of the frame member. It is composed by providing a tank member storing prize balls, an aligning gutter member aligning and sending down the prize balls, a prize ball delivery device delivering the prize balls, a ball tray storing the prize balls, a prize ball delivery passage guiding the prize balls to the ball tray, a prize ball standby passage guiding the prize balls to the prize ball delivery device, the ball removal passage branched from an outlet passage of the aligning gutter member and guiding the prize balls to the outside of the pachinko game machine, an upper passage changing means provided in the outlet passage of the aligning gutter member, a lower passage changing means provided in an upstream part of the prize ball delivery passage, an operating means for operating the lower passage changing means in a predetermined state, and a change-over control means controlling so that the lower passage changing means changes and guides the prize balls to the ball removal passage on the basis of an operation of the operating means.
