PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a plow width of a rotary plowing part installed at the lower end part of a transmission case by a claw-mounting bracket and a spacer. SOLUTION: This rotary plowing part by installing a plowing shaft 20 as protruding from the lower end part of the transmission case 10 in its side direction, fixing a flange 21 for mounting the claw at the plowing shaft 20 and mounting a plural number of plowing claws 22 at the outer circumferential part of the claw-mounting flange 21 in the radial direction by a prescribed interval through the claw-mounting bracket 21a is provided by (1) making the plowing width of the plowing claws 22 changeable by the claw-mounting bracket 21c with the spacer and the spacer 21e, and (2) making the claw-mounting bracket 21c with the spacer as freely demountable against the claw-mounting flange 21 and by utilizing a hexagonal hole formed on the claw-mounting bracket 21c with the spacer, fixing the claw-mounting bracket 21c with the spacer, spacer 21e and plowing claw 22 at the claw-mounting flange 21.
