PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rear seat wherein usage between a bench seat and a separate seat can be selected by suitably changing a layout of the rear sheet and a space behind a front seat can be effectively used. SOLUTION: Side seats 2 and 4 are attached so as to freely slide in vehicular fore and aft directions and vehicular width directions, and a center seat 6 is attached so as to freely slide in the vehicular fore and aft directions. A layout of the side seats 2 and 4 and the center seat 6 can be changed by moving the center seat 6 in the vehicular fore and aft directions, moving the side seats 2 and 4 to a vehicular center, and moving the side seats 2 and 4 in the vehicular fore and aft directions.
