PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine by which the useless bounce of a travelling pachinko game ball is restricted to make a ball bouncing state stable, and also a glass plate is prevented from being broken by the disarrangement of the pachinko game balls. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine includes: a front surface frame 2 where a window opening 4 facing the game part 5a of a game board 5 is arranged, and an arcuate rail guide groove 49 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the window opening 4; and an outer guide rail 18. The outer guide rail 18 is attached to the rail guide groove 49 by fixing its start end part and its terminal end part at the prescribed positions, and also supported by abutment onto the arcuate stepped support part 50 of the rail guide groove 49. A space S is formed along at least a center part in a rail width direction over a part between the start end part and the terminal end part on the rear surface of the outer guide rail 18. A rail pressing tool 60 for setting an inclination angle in a longitudinal direction to a prescribed angle in the neighborhood of the start end part of the outer guide rail 18 is attached to the front surface frame 2.
