PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of informing a user of a proper maintenance timing based on the actual use. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device 1 comprises a toilet seat 3 installed on a toilet stool and openably fixed to a body and built-in devices including a deodorizer for toilet odors, a heater for a toilet room and a sanitary bidet for washing the private part of a human body. A control part 25 of the toilet seat device 1 has a timer capable of counting a time for driving each built-in device. The control part 25 compares a total driving time t with a time T preset for each built-in device, specified by the control part. Warning means has a warning part 26 for determining a maintenance timing for each built-in device and warning the user thereof when t>T is established. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
