<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of transferring ammonia nitrogen included in waste water or already treated waste water in an easy-to-handle form to a facility utilizing ammonia and of utilizing the ammonia nitrogen for denitration of exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises releasing the ammonia nitrogen in the waste water or the already treated waste water in the form of gaseous NH<SB>3</SB>by ammonia stripping and capturing the gas by sulfuric acid to make an aqueous ammonium sulfate solution, then transferring the solution to the facility utilizing the ammonia, releasing the gaseous NH<SB>3</SB>by ammonia stripping from the aqueous ammonium sulfate solution and utilizing the same for denitration of the exhaust gas containing NOx. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
