WAVED CHANNEL BRUSH MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waved channel brush material (and a method for manufacturing the same) which is manufactured without a repeating work for holding brush bristles with pressure on a long channel when planting the brush bristles into the long channel. SOLUTION: The brush bristles are arranged while crossing the long channel of a metal band, a core wire meandering in the waveform is fitted from the surface of the bristles and brush bristles are folded into two by pushing the core wire into the long channel. By pinching the opened right and left terminals of the long channel with pressure, the brush bristles are held in the waveform between the terminals, and the folded parts of the brush bristles are planted into the long channel.
