The invention relates to a process for manufacturing elements for stringed instruments, meant to be assembled for carrying out musical instruments. According to the invention, the process consists, in a first step, in laying, in the lower portion of a wooden mould lined with aluminium plate, some successive layers of veneer having a thickness between 0.7 and 1.2 mm, each being glued succesively on top of the other, by using a urea-formaldehyde resin type adhesive, to obtain a thickness of 3.5...8.4mm of modulated material; upon laying and succesively gluing the layers of veneer the orientation of the veneer fibres shall be perpendicular, from layer to layer, then, in the second step, the upper side of the mould is hydraulically closed by applying a pressure of 180...200 daN/cm2, which is maintained during the whole deformation process, and in the last step, the mould is connected by its metallic side, to the poles of a high frequency power generator, having an 8000 V power supply and a power between 25 and 35 kW.
