PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide individually discriminated embryos that can improve the quality of meat of cattle grown from embryos prepared according to the technology for in vitro fertilization and can increase the added-value, and provide a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: Ovaries collected from slaughtered cows are individually discriminated, ova are collected from the ovaries and the ova are used to prepare in-vitro embryos. In the meantime, the meat qualities of the cows providing ovaries are graded and only the in vitro embryos from the cows having meat of good quality are selected for transplantation.
