METHOD FOR BREAKING SHELL FRUIT

The method is used in the food industry, in particular in confectionery, public catering and residentially. It comprises of joint action on a shell-type nut (1) orientated towards the longitudinal axis of a bilaterally continuously distributed loading by means of grips (2 & 3) on a plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the nut, and limited relative revolving of the grips around the longitudinal axis of the nut until the destruction of its inner partitions holding the kernel. Then grips (2 & 3) are released from gripping and released the crushed pieces of the shell. 1 claim, 1 figure
