PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability as a puncture detector by preventing erroneous operation of the puncture detection due to inclination and rough terrain of a road surface and on which a heavy equipment carrying vehicle runs. SOLUTION: Even when inclination of an axle is detected by a sensor 14, when inclination of a road surface on which the heavy equipment carrying vehicle runs is detected by a road surface inclination detecting software 17, and when it is detected by a rough terrain detecting software 18 that a road surface on which the heavy equipment carrying vehicle runs is a rough terrain, decision of a puncture is not effected on a necessary condition that a given condition is fulfilled. By considering the speed and a loading weight of the heavy equipment carrying vehicle detected by a speed detecting device 15 and a loading weight detector 16, a time starting from operation of the sensor 14 to lighting of a display lamp and a time in which an alarm buzzer is pressed are automatically varied.
