PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball shot operating handle for a pachinko game machine by which an atmosphere in a specified game state is raised, and amusement is also raised in a game. SOLUTION: A handle body 20 internally comprises repeat load generating means 36 and 37. A flexible and repetitive deformation member 33 to be repetitively deformed by the repeat load generating means 36 and 37 is arranged at a part to be touched by a gripping hand on the outer peripheral surface of the handle body 20.
