PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blast wheel that is easy and simple to manufacture and assembly and efficiently blasts blast media. SOLUTION: The centrifugal blast wheel defines a plurality of blast tunnels by a grooved disk 6 whose inner surface has a plurality of blast grooves 7, and a wheel cover 10 mounted to cover the blast grooves in the grooved disk. The blast grooves are a radially arranged curved state, and are a continuous groove with a central groove width wider than a peripheral end groove width across the centrifugal blast wheel 9 and without steps along groove wall surfaces.
