<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible bed which can be used as a handhold by a wheelchair user not only when moving from a wheelchair to a support platform, but also after getting on the support platform for moving to the center of the support platform or for adjusting the position of the body. <P>SOLUTION: The collapsible bed comprises a support platform having a rectangular shape in plan view, a fixed supporting member for supporting the support platform swingably around a first axis that extends parallel to the longer side of the support platform, a first handrail attached to the support platform swingably around a second axis that extends parallel to the longer side of the support platform, and a second handrail.
