<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly discharge and recover a heat insulating material and a foaming agent by safely classifying waste containing a foamed heat insulating material regardless of the kind of a foaming agent. SOLUTION: A incombustible gas supply device 15 for supplying incombustible gas or air to a crusher 10 when a combustible gas detection means 13 detects a combustible foaming agent is provided to the crusher 10 for crushing waste 47 containing a foamed heat insulating material and, further, a recovery device 37 for recovering the foaming agent separated when the combustible gas detection means 13 does not detect the combustible foaming agent and a discharge device 39 for discharging the foaming agent to the atmosphere when the combustible foaming agent is detected are provided. By this constitution, the combustible foaming agent not participated in the destruction of an ozone layer or global warming is safely treated in a treatment process and discharged to the atmosphere finally to eliminate explosion danger and only the foaming agent participated in the destruction of an ozone layer or global warming is recovered by the recovery device.</p> |
