PURPOSE: A cab tilting device for a vehicle is provided to prevent theft of main parts in the engine room by restricting tilting without an ignition key with modifying the circuit to tilt the cab by using the ignition key based on the immobilizer system. CONSTITUTION: A cab tilting device of a vehicle is composed of a hydraulic pressure generating unit(10) having a hydraulic pump and a motor; a converting valve(11) deciding the passage of hydraulic pressure; a tilting key switch(12) operating the converting valve; and an actuator unit(13) operated according to the hydraulic passage decided from the converting valve operated by the tilting key switch and connected to the cab stay. Power is applied by an ignition key(20) applied by an immobilizer system for a driver only to turn on and off a connecting switch(14) connected to the tilting key switch. In the immobilizer system, an electronic control unit(40) detects the code of the ignition key and connects with the cab tilting device.
