METHOD FOR CONSERVATION OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUE

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: tissue for transplantation is treated with antibiotic solution and placed into conserving solution including 0.9%-sodium chloride solution with dissolved antibiotic and antioxidant, supplemented with glycerol. Moreover, one should apply imoxypin as antioxidant. The present innovation enables to prolong expiry terms of tissue at low temperature. EFFECT: higher efficiency of conservation. 1 tbl
