FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: antiseptic agent can be taken among compounds evolving oxygen and halogen, metal compounds, for example, silver and mercury compounds, organic disinfecting substance including among them compounds evolving formaldehyde, alcohols, phenols including alkyl- and aryl-phenols and also halogenated phenols, quinolines and acridines, hexahydropyrimidines, quaternary ammonium compounds and iminium salts and guanidines. Antiseptic is taken among the group consisting of metal compound, for example, mercury compound, phenol derivatives, for example, thymol, eugenol and hexachlorophene, iodine and chelated compounds of iodine. Antiseptic can be represented as povidone-iodine. An anti-inflammatory agent is taken for preparing pharmaceutical composition used for treatment of lower respiratory ways that show sensitivity to administration of such agents. Invention provides the significant reduction of formation of non-desirable tissues in body in the process of tissue recovery and other processes in tissue proliferation.
